This is where I live. As you can see, it's pretty basic, nothing special. What I really want to talk about is Juno. The movie. Beautifully written, beautifully acted. It displaces No Country For Old Men as my favorite of the year, that's how good it is. It has a lot of the same ingredients as Knocked up, which I also saw yesterday: the unexpected pregnancy, the profanity and grossity, but Juno makes the Apatow movies seem so thin and inconsequential, like a string of YouTube video skits. Juno proves you can make a movie packed with huge laughs and with a moving story with three-dimensional characters too. And the soundtrack is pretty great. Okay, that's enough.
