Mmmm. Is there anything better than Cherry Coke and Norwegian Goat Cheese? I know that sounds like typical CSB silliness, but I promise you, that's exactly what I'm enjoying right this minute. This minute that I'm writing this, not this minute you're reading it. There's no telling what I'm doing as you read this, and that's probably for the best. The cheese is Gjetost, and my Norwegian grandmother introduced us impressionable young children to it. It's kind of sweet and kind of funky, and most people don't like it. That's why if anybody comes to visit me, I'll make you eat it. That's how I weed out the riffraff.
