It was the defining moment of our mini Hosstravaganza in New York City last month. After an exhaustive tour of screaming popes at the Met, we limped over to Gino, a bar/restaurant  famous among animal-themed wallpaper aficionados (zebras romping on a field of crimson) and treated ourselves to a representative sampling of authentic New York types at the bar. Kind of like sociological tapas. A good time was had by all.
