Some among us are excellent. Some of us are not so excellent. We know who we are. What is it that defines excellence? Excellent people bathe every day. That’s not the only thing that confers excellence upon them, but it’s a start. If you spend time reveling in the aroma of your own body, you are not on the road to excellence. Also, the excellent among us have Words To Live By. Sometimes that word is cha-ching. If you hear someone saying “cha-ching”, you know you’re in the presence of excellence. Another thing I’ve noticed is that excellent people hold up small mirrors and bare their teeth, looking for lipstick flakes, which they remove with their pink tongues. If they do this while talking to you, you can be fairly certain that you are a long, long way from the Circle of Excellence.
